• VII. PERFORMANCE STANDARDS <br />7.1 SIQ~S AND MARKERS (4.02) <br />TBM currently has an identification sign and perimeter marker in place <br />pursuant to Permit Nimiber 79-53. The sign and markers will be upgraded as <br />per the requirermnts of the new permit, (i.e., new permit number, in- <br />crease perimeter boundary). <br />All signs and markers will be ode of durable material, same as <br />current sign and markers, and will be periodically inspected for signs <br />of ceakness and repaired as necessary. The signs and markers will be <br />maintained until after the bond release. <br />An identification sign and perimeter marker will be displayed at <br />• the loadout site. The maintenance and repair will follow as above. <br />A blasting sign will be displayed at the entrance to the mine and <br />present the blast warning system put forth in Section V. The sign will <br />read "BLASTING AREA" to adequately inform the public that blasting occurs <br />at the site. A sign is used to designate the blasting zone where charged <br />holes are located. <br />Each of the topsoil stockpiles will have a topsoil sign on them <br />which reads "TUPSOIL -KEEP OFF". The will be maintained as per the <br />schedule presented above. <br />• <br />
