If not, the narrative ` <br />^ust be crnaprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture of the expected appear- <br />ance of the area alter comole[ion of reclamation. <br />EXP.T3IT F - Proof of Local Government Approval <br />:'his must be a letter from the local government specifying conformance with existing . <br />zoning regulations. (It is intended that operators may obtain local government approval <br />concurrent with the Division's processing of~the application. To do so, the operator <br />my sr submit evidence •.+h ich indicates that local government approval is currently pending <br />or will at least Se considered within a reasonably short time by the appropriate govern- <br />ing body RULE 1.1(10) (Consult this Eli I.E ?or full details on this requirement.) <br />EXR IB IT G - Source of Legal Hight to Enter <br />This could be a copy of :h e' lease, deed, abstract of title, or current Cax receipt. <br />An acceptable alternative would be a statement acknowled god by a notary public that <br />the operator has the legal right to enter and mine. <br />E?DIIBIT H - Reclamation Costs <br />For a 110 peraft, If the operator repuests surety to be less than 52500, the operatoraust <br />submit facts to support such a recuest. Otherwise, a surety of 52500 will automatically <br />be set. For all 11'_ pe r..l ts, the surety shall be 52500 per acre. <br />E\~IIBIT I - Te nos of Gove^=.e~ta1 Contracts <br />For Special 10-lay (111) 7ermics, the operator must submit a copy of the contract or <br />other proof chat :roves the net essicy of a special l0 may permit.
