This allowed the Operator the option to interseed or transplant native species, repair rills and gullies, and induce weed control during the end of the fifth year of the ten (10) year liability period, with the Division's approval, and not reinitiate the ten (10) year bond liability period. The revegetation success criteria must be met for at least two (2) consecutive years of the ten (10) year bond liability period therefore the Operator shall determine the adequacy of revegetation during the ninth and tenth year of the bond liability period. The boundary of the grassland and riparian community was the subject of concern when the Division reviewed the Operator's 1991 vegetation survey. The Operator proposes the Division and the Operator visit the site and jointly agree on the appropriate boundary of the two communities prior to the initiation of the next vegetation survey.
