1 <br />EXHIBIT E Sly <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />' WHITE WATER PTT <br />' The south portion of the trained area will be bacl;f lied to the present ground elevation with <br />overburden from the north portion of the pit. See Exhibit F. During the mining operation the <br />remainder of the pit will be sloped 3 horizonal of 1 vertical to the bottom of the pit. The excavated <br />t area will be allowed to fill with water creating a pond with a surface area of approximately 5.6 <br />acres, <br />' Slopes and disturbed areas will be covered with 4 to 6 inches of topsoil and then seeded with the <br />following seed mixture: <br />' Rate <br />Grass Species ff/Aces <br />' $lue Grams 0.4 <br />Galleta etas 0.5 <br />' Indian lticegrass 1.5 <br />Sand Dropseed 0.1 <br />Sainfoin 1.0 <br />' A grass hay mulch will be applied al a rate of 4000 pounds per acre. Seeding will be done <br />approximately November 1 to take advantage of winter moisture. <br />~ 1 Those areas which will not be disturbed by mining activities such as slopes azound the plant site <br />area will be seeded as soon as possible. The remainder of the site will be reclaimed after mining <br />has been completed and stockpiles have been removed from the site. Final reclamation of the site <br />should be completed within 2 to 3 years.
