When mining operations are coneluc'ed or following <br />the termination of this lence~ Lnesee will completely~restoze all <br />areas wherein strip mining has been engaged in. Such restoration <br />~ shall include the replacement of all overburden removed by Lessee <br />preparatory to strip mining operations and the reseeding o: same <br />with brome grass and intermediate wheat grass. In, addition, Lessee <br />shall comply with all govezn:nental laws and regulations relating to <br />I strip mining operations and the restoration of ground, imposed by' <br />• any state, federal or county governmental agency or authority. <br />3: To pay all severance taxes impose8 in connection <br />with the mining of minerals from said lands and to pay all taxes <br />which may ba imposed upon improvements placed on said lands by <br />Lessee, Not to permit any liens to• be imposed against said <br />. -3_ <br /> <br />
