And most of those people will be -- some of those people will be coming forward now, plus we have an expert witness who will give some testimony. They certainly will be sworn in. I am a lawyer with Ireland, Stapleton, Pryor and Pascoe, and, Melanie Rigg who is an associate with me and helping me on this case, and at the same firm. I guess there has been a 'lot of information, written documents, that have been presented. We hawe prepared a fairly brief memorandum of the legal points and factual points and the qualities that we would like to give you and ask your time to consider this. One of the issues that we addressed in this brief, one of the points that I think is a very important point that we would like to reserve time to discuss, either in closing argument or at some other time when the Board is interested, perhaps before that, has to do with the jurisdiction of this Board to grant the permit based on the application presented.
