~~ <br />EXHIBIT D: Wildlife, <br />I~I IIIII~IIIII~~I~1 <br />Water Resources, <br /> <br />Vegetation, Soils <br />Indiginous wildlife in the Poorman mine area is listed <br />in the attached documents by the State of Colorado Fish and <br />Game Department. Vegetation and soils information is listed <br />in the attached document provided by the U.S. Department of <br />Agriculture Soil Conservation Service. <br />The Poorman mine will not discharge any water. Waste <br />rock will be stored on the pre-existing dump. Top soil will <br />not be disturbed to any noticable degree and none will be <br />needed for reclamation. The pre-existing dump is supporting <br />a raspberry patch that will be nutured and encouraged throughout <br />the mining operation. <br />
