EXHIBIT S -PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES
The Applicant is contacting all owners of man-made structures within 200 feet of the
affected area for the Nix Sand and Gravel Pit. The Applicant will in each case offer to
repair damage to structures resulting from mining activities and will attempt to reach an
Agreement with each structure owner, as preferred under Colorado Division of Minerals
and Geology Construction Materials Rules. In the even that an agreement can not be
reached, the Applicant will maintain a 200' mining setback from these structures until
such time an agreement is reached.
