• ~ Banks and Gesso, LLC <br />EXHIBIT S -PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES <br />The Applicant is contacting all owners of man-made structures within 200 feet of the <br />affected area for the Nix Sand and Gravel Pit. The Applicant will in each case offer to <br />repair damage to structures resulting from mining activities and will attempt to reach an <br />Agreement with each structure owner, as preferred under Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology Construction Materials Rules.
