The entice application is en file with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division's and the <br />local county clerk or recoride:r. <br />The apphcant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to Unlined Ponds and Pastureland tue. pursuant to <br />Section 3432.5-116(4)(m), C.RS., the Board may confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before approving of <br />the post-mining land use.
