Please be advised that on August 13, 2001, Adams County RV Park, LLC dba 124th Estates Partners, whose
address and telephone number are Dacoa, Inc. P.O. Box 1161, Commerce City, CO 80022; [phone],
filed an application to conduct Surface extraction of construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section
35, Township 1S, Range 67W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Adams County. Please be advised that the permit area
may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for
November 12, 2001.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Adams Courrty Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office
of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the
newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact
