While it is clear to both parties that
there are still some items to be worked through, the Bottoms Board feels that these problems are resolvable and the
process will move forward
The Board would like it made perfectly clear that while we agree in principal to a gravel operation
adjacent to our ditch that any agrcement entered into will protect the ditch and its operation. The shareholders
right to an uninhibited use of their water is our ultimate concern.
We appreciate that your company is wncerned with our needs and seems to be willing to try and work
with us on fulfilling those needs. We hope things work well for the Everist Company and that we will have a
long and amicable relationship together.
Should you have any questions feel free to contact me at the above number. Thank you for your attention
regazding this matter.
Sincerely, Howard (Corky) Cantrell ,
Secretary, Lupton Bottoms Ditch Co.
l ~,
_~-:-
- .
--

2 ? r ~'
