However, Mr. Roth took ue on a tour of the property to explain the <br />situation and the area to be mined. <br />The area hoe seen attempts at farming in the past. However, the soil was so poor <br />and sandy, crops were a failure. Consequently from a practical viewpoint there was <br />very little beneficial growth on the area.
