This sale is final and all payments are not subject to refund. <br />2. Permit must be in the Permittee's possession while harvesting and transporting product. <br />3. This permit is nontransferable. <br />4. This permit and activities hereunder are subject to all applicable Federal statutes and regulations, and State and local laws. <br />5. No motorized vehicles are allowed off existing roads open to the public, unless otherwise specified within this permit. Permittee <br />parking shall not block traffic. <br />6. Permittee shall remove all trash and litter resulting From Permlttee's activities. Concurrent with forest product removal activities, <br />unused vegetative material shall be removed from roads and ditches. I <br />7. Permittee shall prevent and suppress forest fires; dispose of stash resulting from Permittee's activities; pay the United States for <br />I <br />any unnecessary damage resulting from Permittee's activities; and repair all damage to roads, trails, fences, ditches, and telephone I <br />lines resulting from Permittee's activities under this permit. <br />8. The Forest Service reserves the right to unilaterally revoke this permit for Permittee's noncompliance with its terms and I <br />conditions or when revocation is in the public's interest. ~ I <br />9. The permit will terminate on the date indicated, regardless of whether forest products are removed. i <br />10. None of the terms or conditions of this permit may he varied or modified, except far unilateral modifications by the Forest Officer I <br />that si ned this ermit, the Forest Officefs successor, or su erior officer. <br />OTHER CONDITIONS <br />1. Cut all stumps to less than eight (8) inches high, Reduce slash to 24-inch height maximum. ' <br />2. Do not damage vegetation, riparian areas, the forest floor, or road surfaces. <br />3- All chain saws used must be equipped with a spark arrester device properly installed, maintained, and in effective working <br />order. <br />4.
