1 Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Colorado hfined
Land Reclamation Board and the "Colorado Mined Land Reclama-
tion Act" of 1976, H. B. No. 1065, notice is hereby given
that the Colorado Dined Land Reclamation Board will meet to
consider an application by> The Lakewood Brick and Tile Com-
pang, 1325 Jay Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80214, to conduct
a surface mining operation for clay on lands located in
part of the SE/4 SW/4, NE/4 SW/4, SW/4 SE/4, and NW/4 SE/4,
Section 9, Township 2 South, Range 70 West, 6th Principal
' Meridian, Jefferson County, Colorado.
Mining and reclamation at this site bean in 1976 and is
' estimated to be completed in 1992. The land will be
reclaimed for non-critical wildlife.

of the Clerk and Recorder, Jefferson County, Golden,
