1 <br />1 <br />i <br />1 <br />EXBIBIT E (Cont'd) <br />Depending on availability, the native forbs could include the <br />following species: gaillardia aristata, linum lewisii, penstemon <br />spp., dalea purpuream, ratibida columnifera, sphapralcea coccinea, <br />R <br />I~,iatris punctata and lupine spp. <br />Where the topography permits, a grassland drill will be used to <br />plant the seed mixture. Seed amounts will be doubled and will be <br />broadcast in areas too small or too steep for drilling. In each <br />year in which planting is to occur, it will be done in fall. <br />Mulch A mulch of 5,000 lbs. per acre of air-dry straw will <br />be applied after grass seeding is completed. The mulch will be <br />disced or crimped in. The straw will meet SCS standards for straw <br />mulch. <br />Reclamation Timetable. The reclamation phases listed below <br />may be correlated to map Exhibits D-1 and F. The phases correspond <br />to the mining stages and are numbered accordingly.
