EXHIBIT G <br />Water Information <br />The Beeman property is located in Pueblo County near the intersection of Courtner and South <br />Road. The site lies approximately one mile south east of the St. Charles River. Highway 50 lies <br />approximately 2-miles north of the site. The Bessemer Ditch is located 300 miles from the far <br />north comer ofthe permit area. <br />The mining of the Beeman property will be completed in two phases and last approximately two <br />years. As the material is removed, reclamation will follow with the placement and seeding of <br />topsoil The majority ofthe site will be mined to top ofrock contours. <br />The proposed mining operation will be dry aggregate mining and have no impacts on the <br />hydrology or water rights of the sun-ounding azea. <br />There will be no impacts to the Bessemer Ditch or St. Charles River from the mining. No active <br />in-igation ditches occur on the property. <br />The site will be dry mined, and groundwater is not expected to be exposed.
