We have selected a point in time where the <br />mining disturbance could be at its maximum. Maximum disturbance will occur during the end of <br />Phase II. The following acres of disturbance apply at this time: <br />A. Stripped overburden and topsoil in anticipation of mining 5 acres <br />B. Active mining area 5 acres <br />C. Topsoil stockpiles 1 acre <br />D. Roads 1 acre <br />E Backfilled with Topsoil 4 acres <br />F. Seeded 3 acres <br />G. Reseeded for 20%non-germination - to the nearest acre 1 acre <br />Total disturbance: 20 acres <br />Sand and gravel is the primary mineral produced.
