Routt <br />Countv, Colorado (including oil or gas and other mineral leases <br />and agricultural leases) to any third party without the express <br />inclusion in such lease, conveyance or grant of a provision by <br />which the rights of such third party are strictly subject to and <br />secondary and subordinate to those of Lessee. This subordination <br />requirement does not apply to the balance of the Land as <br />described in attached Exhibit "A." <br />4. Extension for Facilities. Lessee also shall have, and <br />• <br />Lessor hereby grants to Lessee, the option, for two years after <br />the expiration or termination of this Lease, to lease temporary <br />rights-of-way on the Land for facilities for its mining activi- <br />ties in the township in which the Land is situated, and in any <br />township contiguous thereto. <br />5.
