Box 5356, Pagosa Springs, CO. 81147, (970) 264-5742, has filed an application for a <br />Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado <br />Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The mine is known as the Mask Ranch <br />Gravel Pit is located at the SE 1 /4 of the S W 1 /4, Section 25, Township 35 N, Range 2 W., of the 6'" <br />__ (Colorado) Principal Meridian, Archuleta County, Colorado. The proposed date of commencement is <br />September 1, 2002, and the proposed date of completion is September 1, 2003. The proposed future use of <br />the land is for developed water resolute (primary) and wildlife habitat (secondary). <br />Additional information and the tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology, 1313 Sherman Sveet, Room 215, Denver, Colorado, 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Archuleta <br />County Clerk and Recorders Office, 449 San Juan SVeet, Archuleta County Courthouse, Pagosa Springs , <br />Colorado, 81 I47, or the above named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the <br />above named County Clerk and Recorder's office and at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division <br />of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 p.m. on August 30, 2002. <br />
