Exhibits A, B, C.AND D ADEQUATE <br />II) EXHIBIT E RECLAMATION PLAN. <br />A) It is the understanding of the Division that the <br />site will b reclaimed in accordance with the <br />recommendation of the local soil conservation <br />district. <br />III) EXHIBITS F THRU K ADEQAUTE. <br />IV) EXHIBIT L <br />A) Please refer to the enclosed Division's <br />calculation for the phased bonding as you <br />requested. It is important to note that prior to <br />moving to the next phase, the operator will have <br />to post additional warranty for the work that <br />will be needed to reclaim the site.
