Since <br />this locality is located in a heavily disturbed area, it is not <br />likely, although it is possible, that undisturbed cultural deposits <br />will be found here. It is, therefore,•reco~ended that no fntther <br />work be done here. This locality is not eligible for the National <br />• Register of fiistoric Places. <br />Locality 3 <br />Locality 3 consists of a recent du.^.p located on the rcrthe.-n <br />access rcad. Nothing contained in this dur_p indicates that it <br />is aver forty years old and there is no possibility that subsurface <br />cultural deposits are present. This dump is not eligible for the <br />National Register and it is recer~endea tha*_ nc further vcr~ be <br />done here. <br />5JA24B <br />5JA248, which consists of a thin lithic scatter, two circular <br />cobble concentrations, and two recent dumps, has some potential <br />for containing subsurface cultural deposits. It is not known whether <br />• it is eligible to the National Register. Should the site'be impacted <br /> by the Bourg Coal property access roads, it should be tested to deter-aine <br />whether subsurface cultural deposits are present and the function of <br />the two cobble concentrations.
