Dear Mr. Gierhart:
Pursuant to the regulations of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, we aze sending .
you this letter and accompanying public notice which has been published in the Steamboat Pilot
newspaper to notify you as an adjacent property owner of a gas line easement, of the intentions
of Luke J. Tellier and Johnson Excavation, Inc. to open a gravel pit adjacent to your gas line
easement on Routt County Road # 33A, approximately 6 miles west of the center of downtown
Steamboat Springs, Routt County, Colorado.
If you have any questions regazding this Permit Application, you can view a complete copy, in
the office of the Routt County Clerk in the Routt County Court House, located at 522 Lincoln
Avenue, Steamboat Springs. Written comments must be received within 41 days after your
receipt of this letter and can be submitted to the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology at
the address on the enclosed Public Notice.
