Box 116, Springfield, Colorado 81073, <br />(719) 523-4521, has filed an application for a Mining and <br />' Reclamation permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act.
