An examination of your public notice shows that your first publication of the
notice for this application was done on April 30, 1993. Since the Division
did not accept your application as complete for review until May 14, 1993,
your public notice must be published for four consecutive weeks beginning on
May 14, 1993.
This means that you have published properly on May 14 and 21, and must publish
two more times on May 28 and June 4. The notice should also be changed to
allow written comments until June 24, 1993. The new notice with the proper
date for the end of the public comment period will have to be used when
noticing all property owners within 200 feet of the affected area.
