Proposed Future Land Use (coal of reclamation) Private ~oaterfo~al and recreation EXHIBIT A - Legal Description • The legal description must identify the affected land and de wholly adequate for field location of the property. It can de in the form of metes & bounds survey or a description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot number(s) inay be used. EXHIBIT 3 - I.lininU Plan This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stages of the operation and those areas of land affected oy each. Tne plan should oe correlated with the snap and should show where extraction will uegin, and which direction, if any, it will proceed. EXHIBIT C - Map This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information to determine the location of the affected land on the yround and existing and proposed roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the mining operation. All immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this loop. EXHIBIT D -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information each of the aoove-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable Rule. •EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stayes of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the loop. If not, the narrative must De comprehensive enough to draw an accurate vernal picture of the expected appearance of the area after completion of reclamation.
