Proposed Future Land Use <br />(coal of reclamation) <br />Private ~oaterfo~al and recreation <br />EXHIBIT A - Legal Description <br />• The legal description must identify the affected land and de wholly adequate for field <br />location of the property. It can de in the form of metes & bounds survey or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot number(s) inay be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT 3 - I.lininU Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stages of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected oy each. Tne plan should oe correlated with <br />the snap and should show where extraction will uegin, and which direction, if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C - Map <br />This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the yround and existing and proposed <br />roads or access routes to oe used in connection with the mining operation. All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must oe shown. The quarter section corner, <br />section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this loop. <br />EXHIBIT D -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information <br />each of the aoove-mentioned subjects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable <br />Rule. <br />•EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan <br />As with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, <br />phases or stayes of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. <br />If possible, the plan should be closely correlated with the loop. If not, the narrative <br />must De comprehensive enough to draw an accurate vernal picture of the expected <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclamation. <br />
