On November 15, 2004 the Division of Minerals and GeDlogg= found M.A. Concrete Construction, Iric. to have satisfied
the applicable requirements of C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et sue. for obtaining a mining and reclamation pernut. Therefore, a
permit is being issued. Two signed originals of the permit have been executed. We have kept cue copy for our files and

the permit.
