18:14 FA% 970 958 1111 LL®0 f~J009 <br />McEndaffer Feedlot Alternate Point~of Diversion Analysis <br />Leaf provided engineering services to determine the historic river depletions of a 8,000 head <br />feedlot near Merino, Colorado. In addition, Leaf determined the future rivet depletions <br />attributed to the alternate point of diversion of the surface water rights through the existing <br />irrigation wells on the farm, Case No. 02-CW-47. <br />Casa Loma Subdivision <br />Leaf reviewed on-site drainage plans for the Casa Lvma Subdivision north of Severance <br />Colorado. Leaf estimated the historic irrigation return flow patterns to a downstream irrigation <br />company compared to the future on-site drainage. <br />Manuello Feedlot Alternate Point of Diversions Analysis <br />Leaf estimated the historic river depletions attributed to the historic depletions from crop <br />irrigation. Leaf also quantified future depletions from the alternate point of diversion of surface <br />water rights through feedlot stock wells. Case No. 99-C W-36. <br />Desien of Raw Water Pumn Stations and Conveyance Structures <br />Leaf has designed numerous raw water pump stations, transmission pipelines, distribution <br />pipelines and sanitary sewer lines for numerous subdivisions, ditch companies and irrigation <br />districts. <br />inert Witness: Henry v. Oligarchy Ditch. <br />Leaf provided ari expert opinion regarding historic irrigation practices of the Oligarchy Mutual <br />Ditch Company and mutual ditch companies, irrigation districts and water conservancy districts <br />in general. Case No. 98CV2074 <br />Expert Witness: Leinwebber & Franklin v. East Meadowg. Co,. LLC <br />Leaf provided expert testimony regarding irrigation practices relating to private laterals and <br />easements. In addition, Leaf provided an expert opinion and testimony regarding lateral <br />capacity, pipeline capacity and property damage resulting from improper pipeline construction <br />and operation. Case No. 98CV2074. <br />Central Colorado Water Conservancy District <br />Leaf provides continued advice and service for Central on all water related matters.
