7. Former conveyor corridor, Goat Trail, and the part of lower <br />facility area having commercial post-mining land use: Live <br />plant cover sufficient to control erosion, as required by Rule <br />4.15.10(2) with the following exception: <br />A conflict apparently exists between these <br />standards for 3.3 acres of gravel pad and Routt <br />County standards.
