EXHIBIT - C Mining Plan
1. Mining will commence upon recipt of 110 permit. This is a massive
deposit with a potentially large demand. Quarry life will be decided upon
reserves. Estimation 20 years plus.
2. All topsoil will be salvaged for future use in reclamation. As
stated in the soil conservation report there is not an abundance.
3. Overburden consists of only topsoil.
4. Deposit will be mined on a 40 Foot bench.
5. Mining will consist of drilling and blasting, crushing, and
processing will be done on site adjacent to pit or off site. This will be
determined at a later date. Roads are existing which are sufficient.
6. The pit will be the only significant disturbance. This could
ultimately be mined to a depth of 40 high. Length will be a few hundred
feet.
7. Existing access road is 20 '.± wide, this is sufficient to handle i
haul trucks.
8. No water will be used in conjunction with mining or processing.
9. As this is an existing mine with no water, we do not anticipate
encountering any. If this did occur sediment ponds would contain this
below pit.
10. No water rights will be interfered with.
11. The processing site will be dependent upon the market for crusher
fines. If there ie a market, which we anticipate for the fines, material
will more than likely be processed off site. If there is no demand for
the fines, we then will crush at the site. This will consist of crushing
and screening. There will be no chemicals used.
Page 5
