Section 780.14 (b) Continued. <br />• Storage, Redistribution and Revegetation (Map 42), Energy Mines No. 1 and 2 <br />Spoil Grading Plan (Map 43), and Eckman Park Spoil Grading Plan (Map 44). <br />The area of land for which a performance bond or other equivalent guarantee <br />will be posted is shown on the Energy Mines No. 1 and 2 Mine Plan (Map 1) <br />and the Eckman Park Mine Plan (Map 2). This area is coincident with the <br />proposed permit area as required by 30 CFR 80612 (c). <br />The coal storage and loading areas are shown on Energy Mines No. 1 and 2 <br />Existing Structures (Map 34). No coal cleaning will be performed by Energy <br />Fuels as part of the operations contemplated by this application. <br />Topsoil storage areas are shown on Energy Mines No. 1 and 2 Topsoil Removal, <br />Storage, Redistribution, and Revegetation (Map 42). Spoil storage areas are <br />shown on Energy Mines No. 1 and 2 Mine Plan (Map 1) and Eckman Park Mine <br />Plan (Map 2). Energy fuels will perform no cleaning of coal and therefore <br />• will have no coal waste. As discussed under Section 816.89, non-coal wastes <br />are generally removed from the mine. The oil ponds shown on 14ap 34, <br />Existing Structures were removed as part of MR approved on April 12, 1983. <br />Each water diversion, collection, conveyance, treatment, storage, and <br />discharge facility to be used to shown on Energy Mines No. 1 and 2 Hydrology <br />(Map 13), Eckman Park Hydrology (Map 14) and Permit Renewal Map 9A, <br />Hydrologic Features/Sediment Control. Design plans for these facilities are <br />included under Exhibit 13, Sedimentation Ponds - Hydrologic Investigations <br />and Exhibit 14, Sedimentation Ponds - Geotechnical Investigations. <br />For safety reasons associated with the highwall CYCC proposes to install a <br />temporary diversion ditch around the west end of the Area 51 <br />• 89-23 780-57 Revised C2/22/89 <br />
