<br />(g) It is further understood and agreed that Licensee haz been fully advised by Licensor that the transmission lines <br />of Licensor will be subject to cathodic protection by rectifier, and related anode beds. Licensor shall not be liable for stray <br />current, or interfering signals induced into Licensee's licensed facility az a result of the operating of Licensor's cathodic pro• <br />teetion system. <br />' (9) licensee covenants and agrees to at all times protect, indemnify, to hold harmless, and defend Licensor, its <br />officers, agents or employees, from all claims, actions or damages whatsoever, to any person or persons and property including <br />but not limited to employees of the licensee or its contractors or subcontractors or their employees, arising from or growing <br />out of the construction, existence, maintenance, operation or removal of the facilities of Licensee pennitted hereunder. <br />(10) Licensor shall use care not to damage licensee's licensed facility in the maintenance, re]ocation or reconstruc- <br />tion of its pipeline facilities, and Licensor if at all possible, shall give reasonable notice to Iitensee of any of its activities in <br />the immediate vicinity of Licensee's facr7ities. <br />(11) Licensee shall install its licensed facr7r'ty so as to maintain the maximum distance between such licensed <br />facility and Licensoe's pipeline that the easement width and terrain will pemrit, but in no event sluill such licensed facility be <br />installed closer than 10 feet to Licensor s pipeline. 1Vhen Licensee is required to cross said pipeline the crossing shall be under <br />said line if cover is under 52 inches, A 12•inch sepazation shall be maintained on all crossings. <br />crossings. <br />Within thirty days from the date of completion, the licensee shall install and maintain, visible markers a! said <br />(12) Upon request licensor shall famish licensee with information regarding the terms of Ircensor's easement <br />necessary for Licensee to plan its installations. <br />(13) It shall be the sole obligation of Iacensee to obtain from landowners or others such authority az it may need <br />in addition to this license for its proposed construction, <br />(14) Upon the abandonment of the use of premises by Ircensee, the permission and right herein granted shall <br />temdnate. Upon temtination, Licensee shall remove its facilities from premises.
