Campbell <br />RE: Application for Mining and Reclamation <br />Permit File No. HR 76-7 <br />W 1/2, SW 1/4, Section 16 <br />3 South, 70 W <br />Jefferson County, Colorado <br />Dear Mr. Campbell: <br />Relative to your letter of June 2, 1977, please be advised that under <br />Rule 3 of the Notice Procedures, DFC Ceramics, Inc. has complied with <br />procedures that were discussed. <br />Enclosed please find notice of publication and the copy of i~ur appli- <br />cation which was placed with the office of Karyle Johnson o:E Planning <br />and Zoning, Jefferson County at 9:00 A.M., May 25, 1977. For your <br />information, the County Clerk and Recorder refused acceptan~~e of the <br />application and referred us to the Planning Office of Mr. Johnson. <br />Estimated costs of reclamation is extremely difficult, in that DFC <br />Ceramics, Inc. has utilized the mine for approximately 50 years and <br />hopes to do so for another 50 years, however, at this time ._t would <br />appear to be approximately $5000.00.
