File No,'s M-84-134 through M-84-142, respectively, inclusive Dear Mr. Winsor: On August 23, 1984, the Mined Land Reclamation Board app oved the 110 permit applications for the nine Prowers County grav 1 pits cap- tioned above, The approval was based on my presentation of the applications to them. These presentations were based on your ap- plications and my anticipation of your (or your consults t's) re- sponses to my adequacy questions, On August 30, 1984, o r Division received the answers to my adequacy questions on these a plications. I reviewed the responses and found them to be adequate. Perform- ance warranties have been submitted for these operations They are also adequate. Therefore, enclosed please find two signed permit copies of these nine pits. Please have the Chairman of the Cou missioners sign all eighteen permits in the space indica his signature notarized in each case. Then, retain one for each pit and return the other nine to our Division w weeks. This will complete the permitting process for th pits.
