The attached information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the <br />proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the "Division's and <br />the local county clerk or recorder. <br />The Applicant/Operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to u a nae 1 a nd use. Pursuant to <br />Section 34-32.5-116(4xm), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the local Board of County Commissioners before approving of <br />the post-mining land use. Accordingly, the Board would appreciate your comments on the proposed operation.
