e. Flatiron to conshuct, maintain and repair al[ access roads necessary to extract and <br />haul Materials from Property. <br />f. Flatiron to provide necessary fencing of Property in conjunction with Flatiron <br />operations on Property. <br />g. Flatiron shall pay all mineral resource and property taxes levied and/or assessed <br />against the materials removed and/or the property during the term of taus lease <br />and/or resulting from Flatiron's activities on the Property. <br />h. Flatiron shall not rezone the properly without Landowner's written approval. <br />i.
