Other than the owner's fences, there are no permanent man-made structures within <br />two hundred (200) feet of the affected area. <br />Water resources in the area consist of Boulder Creek located one and a half (P/: ) <br />miles west of the site, the Rural Ditch 600 feet from the northwest corner of the site and <br />an umiamed irrigation ditch opposite the southeast corner of the property. Subject to <br />approval of the appropriate ditch company, Flatiron proposes to discharge groundwater <br />from the Camenish Borrow site to either the Rural Ditch or the irrigation ditch. <br />Groundwater dischazges will be subject to the terms and conditions of the NPDES permit <br />issued for this operation by the Colorado Department of Health and Environment. <br />
