The request by Arapahoe County is a legitimate one and once the amendment is <br />approved a copy of the final document, including adequacy letter and responses to that letter, will <br />be forwarded to the~county planning department. Also included will be a copy of the change in the <br />permit boundary completed in 2001. That is the change which removed the overlap between the <br />Owens Brothers permit and this permit. I believe that document is also necessary to explain why <br />the permit boundary is altered in that area. This amendment does not explain that, although it <br />mentions it. A copy of the transmittal letter of these documents to the county will be provided the <br />Division for your files to show that a response to this county request was complied with. <br />Thank you. <br />cc.
