Dear Mr. Andersen:
On August 25, 1982, the Pfined Land Reclamation Board approved the request
for a continuance, of consideration of the permit application for the above
captioned operation. Please documeni this request in writing at your earliest
convenience.
I will plan to schedule this matter for the September 22-23, 1982 meeting of
the Board. Before that time, you should respond fully to my letter of
August 18, 1982 (including the proof of publication). This Board meeting
will be held in the La Plata County Extension Building, 25th and Main Street,
in Durango. However, this application will most probably be considered as a
"no problem" item, and you will not need to be present.
