. gully that collects runoff from Section 23 southeast of the Loadout facilities <br />area and flows into Dry Creek just upstream of Culverts RRC-19A/198/19C (see <br />Exhibit 12-2) had TDS concentrations of 11,2000 and 8,710 mg/1. <br />The natural salt loading from saline seeps in the dryland farming areas in Section <br />22 and 23, the shallow Lewis shale underlying the valley alluvium, as well as <br />inflows £rom Stokes Gulch control the water quality in the Dry Creek.
