Notice to the Boazd of County Commissioners <br />Phillips County, Colorado <br />Ritcheys' Redi-Mix Concrete, Inc. has applied for a Construction Materials Limited <br />Impact (110) Reclamation permit from the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the <br />"Boazd'~ to conduct the extraction of construction materials in Phillips County. The <br />attached information is being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the <br />proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (the "Division's and the local county clerk and recorder. <br />The appGcant/operatorpropows to reclaim the affected land for wildlife habitat. <br />Pursuant to Section 34-32.5-116(4)(m), C.R.S., the Board may confer with the local <br />Board of County Commissioners before approving of the post-mining land use. <br />Accordingly, the Boazd would appreciate your commers on the proposed operation. <br />Please note that, in order to preserve your right to a heazing before the Board on this <br />application, you must submit written comments on the application within ten (10) days <br />after the date of the applicant's newspaper publication. <br />If you would like to discuss the proposed post-mining land use, or any other issue <br />regarding this application, please contact the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Enclosure: Copy of application <br />I hereby acknowledge that on!~2~ .2005, Randy Schafer left in <br />the office of the Phillips County Commissioners a copy of the permit application for . <br />Ritcheys' Redi-Mix Concrete, Inc. which is being submitted to the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, requesting permission to mine gravel from property located in <br />Phillips County known as the Krehmeyer Pit (part of the SE 1/4 of Section 26, T7N, <br />R47W ofthe 6th P.M.). <br />Office of County Commissioners- Representative <br />
