<br />EXHIBIT B - paragraph 1 <br />Circled on map copy is the generally affected area: <br />Pg E - The Payton-Juget complex <br />Jr E - The Juget Rack outcrop complex <br />Fc F - The Fern Gliff-Aliens Park outcrop complex <br />Complexes listed in order of their per occurrences <br />associated with the eco system inside and juxtopposed to the <br />permit boundaries. <br />Intro-relations between these complexes and their ability to <br />support the variety of flora found in the area will continue <br />to require detailed field analysis in order to implement the <br />most affective restoration program. <br />EXHIBIT B - paragraph 2 <br />In response to the request to identify the owner of permanent or <br />man-made structures within 200 ft of the affected area boundary, <br />a letter from the Public Service Comaany was issued acknowledging <br />that COM,Inc. is responsible for any damage to their equipment as <br />a result of mill operations within said boundary (see attached). <br />EXHIBIT B - paragraph 3 <br />No information on the test holes drilled by the U.S. Bureau of <br />Mines is contained in their records office and all search efforts <br />ere redirected back to the Division of Minerals and Geology. White C/oud and Wynona Plines <br />Millsite and Tailings Impoundment Area (copy attached). <br />Information per+.aining to water quality conditions <the oldest <br />found and the newest conducted) are provided on attached copies. <br />Information pertaining to water table elevations subsequent to <br />the figures found in the Application for Amendment Document can <br />be logged with each future sampling. <br />Water flow rates ma.v be determined from the information learned <br />out of these loggings. <br />
