I formed a <br />committee in San Luis concerning the issues of Battle Mountain Gold and what <br />they plan to do. As to the letters, I sent out the letters. I made sure that <br />the Post Master individually post marked each letter the 4th and hie said they <br />would be here the 5th. Now, I look back at some of the letters that were <br />written to us, and I don't have them with me as evidence today, bu•~ we, as a <br />committee, made sure they were postmarked. So we were under the assumption <br />that the postmark were--these were from other letters that were written to us <br />and we looked up two letters and the.v both said postmarked.
