M. <br />r~ <br />L? <br />c-~ <br />V7 <br />SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 5, Township 23 South, Range 58 <br />West of the 6th P.M. <br />NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 27 South, Range 58 <br />West of the 6th P.M. <br />TOGETHER with a livestock well, well house, and all pumps <br />and .pumping equipment, all water tanks and controls, <br />which well is located North of County Road 10 and North <br />of the above-described property. <br />EXCEPT all minerals and mineral rights heretofore <br />reserved and excepted. <br />TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and <br />appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and <br />the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, <br />issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, <br />interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the grantors, either in <br />law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the <br />hereditaments and appurtenances. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and <br />described with the appurtenances, unto the grantees, their heirs <br />and assigns forever.
