MINE~AND WILDLIFE STATEMENT/EVALUAT• (Revised) <br />for limited impact and select regular mine applications <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in their consideration of a mining permit for: <br />Schneller Clay Pit - Clay - NW}NWT, Sec. 19, T6N, R43W, Phillips County <br />Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal) <br />Wildlife Species list: Deer, antelope, coyote, fox, skunk, badger, rabbits, <br />pheasant, quail, prairie chicken, dove, raptors', waterfowl, numerous small <br />rodents and seasonal songbirds. <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: No known threatened or endangered species. <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: NA <br />Assessment of impact: Minor - Area is located next to a county road. Area of <br />impact is dry land pasture and the area is being mined at the present time. <br />Mine Reclamation recormnendations (include key species/habitats for which restoration <br />is designed). ` <br />Upper slopes should be no steeper than 3:1 on the resulting pond.
