Stevens, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist~~~~G~ <br />RE: Rocky Mountain Materials & Asphalt, Inc., Coyote Ridge, File No. M-2000-052 <br />Please be advised that on April 21, 2000, Rocky Mountain Materials & Asphalt, inc., whose address and <br />telephone number are 1910 Rand Ave., Colorado Springs, CO 80906; (719) 473-3100, filed an application to <br />conduct Surface extraction of construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section 2, Township 205, Range <br />69W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Fremont County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more <br />than one Section, Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for July 20, 2000. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Fremont County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the newspaper public <br />notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
