Of Ada li iral 4nc i~mcr <br />._. .. 0_.,,._ <br />Please be advised that I am working in coordination with the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board in completing a reclamation plan for Commissioner <br />Buglewicz in order that he might obtain approval at the State level to oper- <br />ate a gravel pit, located in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 15, Township 19 South, <br />Range 69 West and the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 16, Township 19 South, Range 69 <br />West of the 6th P.M., along with the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 16, Township 19 <br />South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. in Fremont County, Colorado. The actual <br />area to be mined shall not exceed ten (10) acres, therefore, it would be nec- <br />essary to apply fora 110 Limited Impact permit. <br />Through correspondence with Mark Lowry, Field Representative for gravel pits <br />within Fremont County at the Mined Land Reclamation Board, I have been advised <br />that the information which I have submitted is incomplete. I am takino this <br />opportunity to request that I receive assistance from you in completing those <br />deficiencies in reference to the District #2 oravel pit, which I have attached <br />for your review and recommendations. <br />If you should have any questions concerning this matter, please feel free to <br />contact me at the Planning Office.
