The area approved to be mined a$er the <br />warranty was submitted has already been completed and reclaimed in accordance with <br />the submitted and approved plans. All other necessary permits have been in place during <br />the mining process. <br />We regret this oversight and request a self reporting hearing with the Division 13oard at <br />their earliest convenience. We are prepared to post any necessary bond anytime. The only <br />reclamation remaining on this site will be to topsoil and seed the lakes edges. Please <br />advise me ifthe bond needs to be at $240,000 or something less due to the amount of <br />reclamation already complete. <br />Again, we regret this oversight and look forward to your suggestions in getting this <br />matter resolved. We are hoping to be scheduled in front of the Divisions Board in <br />September if possible. I will be waiting anxiously for your response.
