Dear Mr. Vasquez:
On December 6, 1994, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your
application for a Limited Impact Reclamation Permit for the Vasquez Quarry
No 2, File No. M-94-121. Preliminary review determined that the following
items must be submitted before technical review of your application can begin:
EXHIBIT I - Proof of Filing with the County Clerk: You must submit two
copies of the signed green Return Receipt showing the date the Boulder
County Clerk and Recorder received the copy of your application for
public review.
You may amend your application by submitting the requested items. In
accordance with Rule 1.6, a decision date will be established 30 days from the
date of receipt of requested items. If you have already initiated
publication, you will need to republish notice which specifies a 10 day public
comment period from the new date of newspaper publication.
This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical
deficiencies in your application. The Division will review your application
to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act after
submittal of all required items.
