The Pre-hearing Conference will be held in Room 318 of the Centennial <br />Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado. The offices of the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology are in Room 215 of the Centennial Building. <br />This memorandum is being sent to you at the request of the Pre-hearing Conference Officer. <br />Following the Pre-hearing Conference to be held in this matter on August 7, 2000, the Pre-hearing <br />Conference Officer will provide the parties with aPre-hearing Conference Order. Pursuant to Rules <br />2.7.1(2)(d) and (e) of the Construction Materials Rules and Regulations, the Pre-hearing Conference <br />Order must include a "list of each party's witnesses" and a "list of each party's exhibits or documents to <br />be used as evidence" at the final hearing in support of their issues. <br />Please bring the above-described fists to the Pre-hearing Conference on August 7, 2000. They will be <br />attached to the Pre-hearing Conference Order, which will be provided [o the parties in the matter <br />pursuant to Rule 2.7.1(3). Lists submitted after the close of the Pre-hearing Conference will not be <br />attached [o the Pre-hearing Conference Order.
