Colorado Refractories Corporation has been extracting <br />clay and rock from an area in T215 R68W Section 36. The Pueblo <br />County Assessors Office lists you as an adjacent lard owner. In <br />1976 the Colorado Legislature passed house Bill 1055 which formulated <br />new regulations for mineral extraction in the state and provided a <br />mechanism to insure that reclamation of lands disturbed for mineral <br />extraction was conducted in ar, environmentally compatible manner. <br />These new guidelines are monitored by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board. <br />In order to provide for suitable reclamation for the area near your <br />property, Colorado Pefractories Corporation retained our firm <br />to prepare an environmental study and reclamation plan for their on- <br />going project.
